A gross interim dividend in cash per ordinary share will be paid out for:

The dividend will, to the extent necessary, under deduction of 15% dividend tax, be paid out through the associated institution within the meaning of the Dutch Security Depositary Act ("Wet giraal effectenverkeer"). F. van Lanschot Bankiers N.V. in Amsterdam will act as paying agent.
