Shareholders will be offered the opportunity to reinvest the net dividend amount free of charges.
The dividend will, to the extent necessary, under deduction of 15% dividend tax, be paid out through the associated institution within the meaning of the Dutch Security Depositary Act (“Wet giraal effectenverkeer”). Van Lanschot N.V. in Amsterdam will act as paying agent.
