On the basis of the current number of outstanding shares a gross interim dividend per ordinary share of € 0.32 will be paid out. Shareholders will be offered the opportunity to reinvest the net dividend amount free of charges.
If the number of outstanding shares sharply differs from the current state, the management can decide to adjust the payment per share if necessary. Further information will be published on the website on 2 November 2017.
