New fact sheets equity funds

Global stock markets started positively in the new year, but worries about the corona virus increased in mid-January and sentiment turned negative. The global ACWI Index managed to remain positive with a slightly 0.23% gain, but on balance the Emerging Markets index fell by 3.4%.

Frontier Markets showed a different picture in January, with the benchmark index and fund rising 1.26% and 0.58% respectively. The TCM Global Frontier High Dividend Equity Fund overweight to small and mid-caps, as well as its exposure to smaller Emerging Markets, were the main reasons for the deviation from the benchmark index.
