A gross interim dividend in cash per ordinary share will be paid out for:

The dividend will, to the extent necessary, under deduction of 15% dividend tax, be paid out through the associated institution within the meaning of the Dutch Security Depositary Act (“Wet giraal effectenverkeer”). Caceis Netherlands will act as paying agent.
